What is your process of handling Party Rental Equipment during Covid-19?

Prior to an event, staff at M & N Party Rentals will thoroughly sanitized the equipment that is being rented and will inspect that every item is in prime condition during delivery or client pick-up. Our staff will be wearing masks and gloves as needed and will follow the 6 ft. distance guidelines provided by CDC and state guidance.

Which payment methods do you accept?

As of September 2022, M & N Party Rentals accepts payments in the following forms: Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all Major Credit Cards. Cash Payment will only be accepted if you cannot use any of the above payment methods. The deposit and full payment must be done prior to M & N Party Rentals delivering goods/services.

Deposits, Confirmations, and Cancellations

A 50% deposit is required along with a signed electronic contract & credit card to be placed on file, to reserve inventory for your event. The balance is due three (3) days before installation/delivery or the customer will call.  

A 50% cancellation charge will apply to any rental items canceled less than ten (10) days before delivery or will call pickup.  

A 100% cancellation charge will apply to items canceled less than three (3) days before delivery or the customer will call pickup.  


As of September 2022, No credit will be issued for mutually agreed upon custom items or event-driven purchases; these items are subject to payment in full at the time of reservation for all clients and are non-refundable. No credit will be given for unused items. Unless the order has been confirmed and reserved, all prices and availability are subject to change. 

Does M & N Party Rental travel outside of Bakersfield, CA? If so, do you charge a delivery/mileage fee?

Yes, we do. Delivery charges are based on a combination of distance and total cost of the rentals as well as the time-specific window for our arrival or pickup.

Does M & N Party Rentals Charge for Setting Up & Break Down?

Yes, we may set up and break down services at an additional charge. These arrangements must be made in advance of delivery and pickup. 

Can I pick-up items at your location?

Yes, you may pick up an order at one of our locations. We ask that the person that made the reservation be the person that picks up the items as we need a physical signature of the client accepting the equipment. You will be provided a client will call appointment for pick up and drop off.

How do I prepare for when M & N Party Rentals picks-up the rental equipment?

Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from the time of delivery to the time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather.  Tables and chairs should be broken down and stacked ready for pickup.


All china, silver, glassware, etc. should be rinsed food-free and repacked in the same containers in which they were received.


Linens should be debris-free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Storage containers are provided with linen orders; please return them to those containers.
