What is your process of handling Party Rental Equipment during Covid-19?

Prior to an event, staff at M & N Party Rentals will thoroughly sanitized the equipment that is being rented and will inspect that every item is in prime condition during delivery or client pick-up. Our staff will be wearing masks and gloves as needed and will follow the 6 ft. distance guidelines provided by CDC and state guidance.

Which payment methods do you accept?

M & N Party Rentals accepts Payments through PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all Major Credit Cards. If you cannot pay using these methods, Cash payment can be done and M & N Staff will document payment received and invoice will be sent and printed showing payment received. At this time checks will only be accepted from Corporate or Business Sites, no exceptions.

Do I have to pay in full in order to reserve and lock-in the date for my event?

No, you do not have to pay in full in order to reserve and lock-in your event. However, we do ask that you do pay a 50% deposit. If your event is months away (6 plus months), you may reach out to us so that we can do payment arrangements depending on party rental equipment and service needs.

What if I have to change a date of an event to a later date?

We ask that our clients notify us with enough time that a change needs to be made (preferably 2-3 days before). We are flexible and can accommodate anyone's needs as long as it does not interfere with other clients party rental equipment requests. We will still apply what was paid for towards your rescheduled event at no additional charge.

What if the item I want is not available?

We ask our clientele to reach out to us as soon as possible to inquire about item rentals they are seeking. We are continuously expanding our inventory and we collectively work with other vendors to ensure we can service you to the best of our ability.

Does M & N Party Rental Charge a Delivery Service Fee & Set-Up/Take-Down Fee?

Yes, we do charge a delivery service fee (Drop Off & Pick-Up) starting at $35.00 and travel fee does go up if located outside of the Bakersfield, CA area.


We also charge for setting-up tables, chairs, and linen and taking down the tables, chairs, and linen. This fee is determined by the amount of staff needed to do the job. 

Can I pick-up items at your location?

Yes, you may pick up an order that has been made at our location. We ask the clients to make sure that the invoice has been paid in full. The invoice will provide our address and we ask that a timeframe be given to ensure staff is on-site.

What is your Rental Equipment Policy?

If you are in need of the equipment a full day (24 hour) timeframe before the day of your event, M & N Party Rentals will charge for an additional day the equipment will be under your possession. 

As a start-up small family-owned business we need to ensure that we are continuously providing equipment to our clients and if we allow clients to have the equipment longer than needed losses are accrued from our part.
